CCLS Programs

We refer to your residential
setting (home) as a program.

Depending on the type of program, a residential setting is licensed or certified by the State of Wisconsin or by the presiding County Human Services Board.

Our programs include State-regulated Community Based Residential facilities (CBRF) which support between five and eight adults, licensed Adult Family Homes (AFH) which support two and four adults, Supportive Home Care (SHC), Supported Living Options (SLO), and Independent Living Programs (ILP). In addition, many of our programs support only one or two individuals.
